I am considering buying an xbox360 with a jasper motherboard for non modding purposes. can i get banned?

I am purchasing it and i wanted to know if i can get banned even if i dont mod it says i will never Get the RROD either (RED RING OF DEATH) is that also true? well i just wanna know if ill just get the console banned and waste 200 bucks. ;P
