Suing paypal for claims?

Because of their random blocking of my paypal account for "irregular activity", I'm going to use that account ONLY for ebay transactions. No fun having a waitress tell me and my dinner guests that my card has been declined. I've been with paypal since 2002 and about 2 years ago their security went much tighter and random for normal usage.
