Website for halo 3 hex codes?

I would really like to mod some halo 3 maps with stuff such as birds, elephants, water, etc. I have never found a really good website where I can just search for a hex codes for hxd so that i can replace them or whatever. please don't say anything about how im hacking or whatever because technically, nobody gives a crap and also, i don't want any stupid answers. all i want is a link to a site or program where i can just find out ever hex code for halo 3 maps. thank you.
