You can use Cheat Codes for the DSi/3DS Via SD card?

A few days ago my DSs top screen turned white so i just consider it broken,but i can still use it for the poketransfer when i get my 3DS next week. Sinse my DS is kinda out of the picture,i wont be able to use my Action Replay DSi sinse im getting a 3DS. I have hacked my Wii using the SD card slot on the it so cant i do the same for the 3DS? I just want to use it in the same manner as an action replay or R4 but everything is on the SD card. Is that possible? For example,Get an Always Run Fast code for Pokemon black,put it in some application and boot the code via SD to use when playing pokemon black. Do they have something like that? Please dont go "Dont cheat play fair" and crap,i dont wanna hear that alright? I always beat the game without cheats first and when i beat it 100% i start to use cheats. Thanks.
