I found my dad on facebook... what do I do?

Haven't you ever heard the saying that if you never try, then you never know. That story almost breaks my heart because I know how akward it is to add family that I was the bestest friends with before I moved. However, they don't even know you exist. You should let them know. To me, what do you have to lose? On the one hand, they say, hell no, i don't want to meet your crazy self. Then, you say, "Oh well. Flip them and the horse they rode in on. Who cares what they think? Atleast I tried and now I realize that I'm better off without them. I can finally close that chapter of my life and never have to wonder what could have happened". OR.... "omg, this is who?..oh...my god..darling, I haven't heard from you in so long. I'm so sorry. We never really knew...I'm so sorry, I just apologize. I shouldn't have done this and this and that and whatever.." However, I do suggest that you tel your mom because she might want to know that your doing that. I'm sure she will support you, but she would probably prep you as well. If she doesn't then, you have to make the decision. I would still do it because I would want to just know what would have happened. Anyway, Good luck!
