Who knows what is wrong with my Hoot septic septic system?

I'm having issues with my hoot. I can't figure out why my Troy air blower keeps shutting off. I'll reset my system but soon it'll shut down and give me a beeping sound and reading "alarm&aeriation" problem. It seems like the blower works I could hear it but in 30 minutes shuts down. I cleaned it out and make sure the lines were properly inserted. Also, I have a spray of water coming from a pipe down in one one my manholes I'm not sure if that's normal but it's there. I looked up all I could do and no solution yet. I'm trying to save my money to see if I can fix it myself since I just had the tank pumped.
