Black ops modded lobby questions?

so in modern warfare 2 there was a way to get people inside of a game, and lock the lobby down so you and your friends could ither headshot boost, or challenge boost. my question is, is there a way to do the same thing in black ops. can u lock a lobby for just you and your friends. also is there a way still to get 15th prestige hacked. anyone that can help it would be greatly appreciated.
