Can my land lord force me to get all of my animals fixed as well as trap & kill my animals that I don't?

No, he cannot legally trap and kill your pets. However, you need to get all of your pets fixed ASAP. It is bad ownership to just let them breed, especially when animals die in shelters with no home while you bring new mouths to feed into the world.
