Can you trade with a Korean Pokemon game over wi-fi?

I have an English Pokemon White version and I received a Korean Pokemon over the global terminal. (Both the Pokemon's name and O.T. are in Korean) I know it's incompatible in the Gen IV games but I'm wondering if it's possible to trade a legit Korean Pokemon to a Pokemon White English game? Or is the Pokemon hacked and I should get rid of it?
