Did my world of Warcraft account get hacked?

Ok so i wanted to get my world of Warcraft account back on because i haven't played for like 6 months plus, but i could log on. So i went through the recover account process and it said it sent an email but i didn't receive that email, also some how my druid got to level 80? any help?!?!
