Do you get banned for trophy hacking ps3?

I know i shouldn't have done this but i hacked two trophies for fifa 09. I did it because they shut down the online servers and it's impossible to get the platinium trophie without playing online. (Win 10 ranked online matches etc.) I really never know anyone that got banned for trophy hacking or i never heard of it. I did a little search on the internet and i couldn't find anything related with this. Please tell me your ideas and your information. Thanks
