Do You Have To Be Asian To Become A Trainee For KPop Companies?

I'm black and want to audition for SM Entertainment. Does SM Entertainment except black trainees? i dont want to audition if they don't even except black people. I dance pretty well and my singing has dramatically improved! Lots of people watch me dance so songs like Gee, Hoot, and Genie (SNSD songs). Me and my friends even formed our little group. But auditioning for SM is the top thing on my mind. If there is potential for me then i will train harder and practice on my vocals, but if they don't except blacks then I'll have to find another place :(. Well, someone please help me and does anybody know any black people that have auditioned?
