How can you watch deleted YouTube videos?

I know that there are multiple ways to watch YouTube videos that have been deleted off of someone's YouTube account. Some of these websites are no longer active/have been hacked. Does anyone know of a working website/application (for Mac) to download to watch these YouTube videos. Any help is appreciated.
