My xbox 360 will not read any disk?

I have a 3 year old O.G. model, I purchased in early 2008, belive its a jasper board...it was repaired by microsoft for red ring in early 2009, the past year the disk tray started sticking shut, now it opens fine but all it does is read, then goes back to open tray, ive read all types fixes and tips but nothing works...
