Pokemon Black GTS help?

some people are quite adept with being able to screw with the game and make legendaries available by breeding. you find one of these people and ask them. they can either give you the egg of one or they can just outright trade a Victini right there. i dont know if the game has already left giving out them, but still go and check in the wifi. sometimes they do still have them available. other than that, you're probably just better off going on the Pokemon website and finding out if its still on, when will it be on again if at all or will it ever be on again
