Pokemon Black Shiny cheats affect legitmacy?

I've got an AR cheat that makkes pokemon in your box shiny when you mark them, would this affect the legitimacy of those pokemon i know they still count as hacked but could you tell? also for the cheat for all wild pokemon are shiny, are the pokemon caught legit? thanks
