Some one just told me they're going to hack my twitter!! they have some kinda way to do it?

what can i do to prevent from getting hacked is there any kinda lock or guard or security thing i can do so no one hacks or trys to hack me? i'm really not lookin forward to being hacked.. some one please help me.. god bless
